Canon 200/3.5 Super Canomatic R
The 200/3.5 Canomatic R was the longest of the helical focusing lenses produced for the Canonflex
system (the longer lenses used the Bellows R to focus). The diaphragm is a preset design, with a depth
of perview button on the side of the barrel. It was introduced in May 1959, and was constructed of
seven elements in four groups, stopped down to f/22 and accepted 58mm filters. Minimum focus was
just under 99 inches.
The price in March 1962 was $220.00.
